In this workshop, we'll cover the basics of music writing: how to listen with a critical ear, how to avoid cliché, and how to turn a passion for music writing into a career. We’ll read a handful of examples of successful music criticism, learn basic musical terms, and have a brief overview of how to get your work published. Plus we’ll write reviews of our favorite songs! Headphones encouraged!
